  • On Monday, 26 Januarary 1998 The Phantom of the Opera celebrated it's 10th Anniversary performance on Broadway. Here are some interesting statisitcs that pertain to those phantastic 10 years.

  • 1/ 4,175 performances 

    2/138 Actors have performed in the New York production.

    3/ The boat has traveled to the Phantom's lair 8,350 times.

    4/ The chandelier has traveled 1,600,888 feet (350 miles).

    5/ 2 tons of apples have been used in the 'Don Jaun' scene.

    6/ 718 lbs. of body fat have been burned by the shows conductors. 

    7/ 8,400 gun shots have been fired at the Phantom.

    8/ 1,688,000 lbs of dry ice have been used

    9/ 45,760 make wedges have been used on the 'Phantom'.

    10/ 3,120 gallons of fluids consumed by the 'Phantoms' during performances.
